Welcome! This guide will walk you through each step of the account creation process.

There are two ways to create an account with Thrive Health:

Via an Email Invitation
Via a Registration Code

Via an Email Invitation

Accept your invitation
Click the Get Started button in the invitation email. Alternatively, copy and paste the provided URL into your web browser. (We recommend using a Google Chrome browser on a computer if possible, as this tends to offer the best compatibility with our platform)
Begin registration
Once on the registration page, you can decide how to access your account:

- - Option 1: Create a new account

After clicking this option, your email will be pre-filled from the invitation. Create a password to complete the account registration.

- - Option 2: Sign up with Google

If your email provider is Gmail, you can select Sign in with Google. No password creation is required with this step.

- - Option 3: Already have an account?

You can select Already have an account? Log in and use your original sign-in method (email and password or the Sign In with Google option). This will connect your existing Thrive Health account with the referring organization.

Received a self-registration link or QR code?
If your organization or clinic provided you with a self-registration link or QR code, you can use that to begin. Simply copy and paste the link into your browser, or scan the QR code using your mobile device. Then, follow the steps above to create or access your account.

⚠️

Please note that if you create your account via one method (e.g., Sign in with Google) and log in using another method (e.g., email and password), you will create two accounts. You will be prompted to enter a registration code or verify your email address, as the new account will not be linked to your organization/clinic. To avoid this issue, always log in using the same method you used to create the account.

Email verification
Depending on your organization's settings, you may be asked to enter a verification code sent to your email.

Select your Preferred Language

Verify your identity & complete your profile

Complete identity verification through your date of birth, provide your personal information, and enter your contact details.

⚠️

The identity verification field is determined by the organization. If you receive an error when trying to verify your identity, reach out to your organization/clinic directly to verify the information.

✅ Once complete, you should be connected with your organization and can begin accessing your homepage and assigned tasks.

Via a Registration Code

If your organization or clinic gave you a registration code, follow these steps to create your account:

Go to the login link provided by your organization/clinic
Create an account
During sign-up, enter your registration code when prompted. This links your account to the correct organization or clinic
Once logged in, your assigned task should be on the homepage

Already have a Thrive Health account? You can use your existing account to connect with the new Journey. Log in, go to the “Clinics” section on your homepage, click “Register with an Organization,” and enter the registration code you received. Once complete, your news assigned tasks should be on the homepage.
