How can I update the patient's personal information?

As a Medical Office Assistant, you can edit a patient’s personal information such as name, phone number, date of birth etc. from your worklist 

  1. Log in to your account on app.thrive.health.
  2. From the worklist, click on the patient's name whose information needs to be edited.
  3. Click on the Edit icon right next to the patient's name.
  4. Edit the patient's name, email address, preferred phone number or date of birth and click Save.

Note: The email address field will be greyed out and cannot be edited after the patient accepts their invite and creates their account.
