As a Medical Office Assistant, you can send patients a request to allow them to update their tasks and questionnaires.
- Log in to your account on app.thrive.health.
- From the worklist, click on the patient's name to whom you would like to send the update request.
- Click on the questionnaire/task you would like to request the update for, choose the three dots, then click Resend questionnaire.
💡
Note: Choosing this option will resend the questionnaire/task to your patient. If anything has changed, they will be able to edit their information and resubmit their questionnaire easily.
