How can I update the patient's tasks or questionnaires?

As a Medical Office Assistant, you can send patients a request to allow them to update their tasks and questionnaires.

  1. Log in to your account on app.thrive.health.
  2. From the worklist, click on the patient's name to whom you would like to send the update request.
  3. Click on the questionnaire/task you would like to request the update for, choose the three dots, then click Resend questionnaire.

Note: Choosing this option will resend the questionnaire/task to your patient. If anything has changed, they will be able to edit their information and resubmit their questionnaire easily.
