When you sign up for a Thrive account, you will need to use an email address.
Once an account has been created, the email address cannot be changed as it is considered the account’s unique identifier.
To use a different email address going forward, you will need to request a new invitation from your doctor's office to your preferred email address. The medical staff will be able to assist you with this process.
