If your organization or clinic gave you a registration code, follow these steps to create your account:
- Go to the login link provided by your organization/clinic
- Create your account
- During sign-up, enter your registration code when prompted. This links your account to the correct organization or clinic
- Once logged in, your assigned task should be on the homepage

Note: Already have a Thrive Health account? You can use your existing account to connect with the new Journey. Log in, go to the “Clinics” section on your homepage, click “Register with an Organization,” and enter the registration code you received. Once complete, your new assigned tasks should be on the homepage.
