How to Assign PREM/PROM Tasks

This article is intended for all Medical Office Assistants (MOAs) who are associated with a doctor's office on the Thrive Health platform.

 

Thrive Health provides the ability to activate the PREM/PROMs feature for individual patients. Please note that depending on your organization's configuration, the task (i.e., questionnaire) will be made available to your patient based on a set frequency. Follow the steps below to assign a PROM task to a patient:

Note: The PROM task frequency can be set to monthly or a custom interval such as 2-weeks, 1-month, 3-months etc. To request a change to your PROMs timing, please contact Customer Support at support@thrive.health.

 

1. Log in to your account on app.thrive.health. Click on the 3 grey dots located on the right side of the patient row on the screen and select Patient Details.

2. On the top right of your screen, click on the button labelled Add Task.

3. Choose the task you wish to assign to your patient from the drop-down list.

4. Once assigned, the task will appear on the worklist. The PROM has been assigned.
