Hiding 'test kit lot number' on admin and self-reported tests

This article is intended for Organization Administrators who are associated with a place of work or school on the Thrive Health platform.

 

To hide the test kit lot number on admin and self-reported tests within your Organization, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your account on app.thrive.health

2. Click on your name in the top right corner of your dashboard. Select Organization Settings.

3. Navigate to System Configuration, and then the COVID-19 Testing tab.

4. Scroll down to the Test entry form customizations section. To hide the test number field when entering tests, select No to Show this field.

Note: automatically, the test number is not a required field. If needed, this can be reverted by selecting Yes to Make this field required.

5. Select Save to complete your changes.
