How to check an Individual's vaccine status

This article is intended for Vaccine Coordinators and Organization Administrators who are associated with a place of work or school on the Thrive Health platform. 

 

In the Vaccine Coordinator role (or as the Organization Administrator), you can view and verify an Individual's vaccine status (Workflow #1) and download and view vaccine data (Workflow #2).

Workflow #1: View and Verify an Individual's Vaccine Status

1. Log in to your account on app.thrive.health.

Note: If you have multiple roles, upon login go to your name in the top right corner of the page. Select Change context, and ensure that you are in the Vaccine Coordinator (or Organization Administrator) role.

2. To view an individual's submission, click on the three dots to the right of their name on your dashboard and click Patient Details.

Note: You can filter participants according to vaccine status, verification status, and any groups your your organization has configured.

3. You will be able to view the user's submissions and documentation in this window.

Note: If necessary, you can go to the Verification dropdown menu on the top right of the Patient Details frame. By selecting one of the four options, you can verify the user's vaccine documentation. 

Workflow #2: Downloading and Viewing Vaccine Data

1. Log in to your account on app.thrive.health

2. Go to the top right corner of your homepage, and click on your name. Select Organization Settings, and you will be directed to the Questionnaire Results page.

3. Click on the Overview button, shown on the far right.

3. You will see a summary of results on this page. You can also download these results, using the button shown below:

Note: The results page may take some time to load, given the quantity of data.
