Your Care Network is the section in your account where all affiliations to Organizations are shown. This tab shows a single person's affiliation to one or multiple Organizations. Multiple family members' affiliations are also shown in this section.
For example, a user who is connected to two Organizations would see the following after selecting the Care Network menu on the top left of their home page:
From this menu, you can complete a COVID-19 Self-Assessment, view your COVID-19 Test Results, and schedule a testing appointment via the Appointment Centre button, for each Organization that you are a part of.
