How can I find and use a registration code?

Registration codes are either provided by your Organization or your Doctor's Office and are used for different purposes in each case.

An Organization provides a code to associate you with the Organization on the Thrive platform (Workflow #1).
A Doctor's Office or Medical Clinic uses a code to associate you with the Office on the Thrive platform OR to add tasks to your account (Workflow #2).
  

Note: if you received an email invitation to join Thrive Health, a registration code is not required, unless your doctor needs to assign you more tasks.  

Workflow #1: registration code provided by your Organization

a) Finding a registration code

The registration code is created and provided by your organization and sent to users via email. Please check your email, including your junk and spam folder, for this information. If you cannot find a code, please contact your Organization Administrator. 

b) Using a registration code

1. From your home page on my.thrive.health, select the More menu on the top left. The following menu will appear:

2. Select Register With An Organization. When you enter the registration code and select Confirm, you will be connected with your Organization.

Workflow #2: registration code provided by your Doctor's Office

a) Finding a registration code

The registration code is created and provided by your doctor's office and sent to patients via email. Please check your email, including your junk and spam folder, for this information. 

b) Using a registration code

1. From your home page on app.thrive.health, click on Careplans on the left side of your screen. Enter your new registration code in the field shown below, and select Confirm Registration Code.

3. The questionnaire will automatically appear on your Home screen.
