This article aims to provide assistance in joining the Thrive Health platform to users who are affiliated with a medical clinic or doctor’s office.
There are two ways to join Thrive Health:
- Via a Registration Code which will be provided to you; or
- Via an Email invitation.
Please follow this article if you have been invited to join Thrive Health via an Email invitation.
Registration Code
If you are required to create an account with a registration code, you will be provided one directly from the referring organization or clinic. Thrive Health does not provide registration codes to individuals.
Note: Thrive Health recognizes the unique needs of each clinic by providing different user experiences. Your organization will provide you with information on whether you will be accessing your account via my.thrive.health or app.thrive.health. Your user experience will be determined by the URL link.
Choose the workflow for your needs:
1. Create an account on app.thrive.health
2. Create an account on my.thrive.health
Create an account on app.thrive.health
- Open your browser window on your device and go to app.thrive.health
- Create an account by selecting Sign Up or Sign in with Google or access your account by entering your account details
- Choose I have a Registration Code
- Enter your Registration Code
- Confirm your agreement with Thrive's Privacy Notice and Terms of Use
- Verify your email address
- You are now connected to the organization and can complete assigned tasks on your homepage
Create an account on my.thrive.health
- Open your browser window on your device and go to my.thrive.health
- Create an account by selecting Sign Up or Sign in with Google.
- If you use the Sign Up option, you will be prompted to verify your email
- Confirm your agreement with Thrive's Privacy Notice and Terms of Use
- Select the Get Started on Thrive Health task on your home page
- Complete your profile by entering your Registration code
- You are now connected to the organization and can complete assigned tasks on your homepage
Note: Currently, there is no mobile app for the platform available.
