Resetting Password

This article is intended for all administrators and users on the Thrive Health platform that need to reset account passwords.

Choose the appropriate workflow for your organization: 

1. Reset your password on my.thrive.health

2. Reset your password on app.thrive.health

Note: Thrive Health recognizes the unique needs of each organization by providing different user experiences. Refer to your email invitation email from Thrive Health prior to following these instructions. Check below the Get Started button in your email whether you were invited to create an account on app.thrive.health or my.thrive.health. Your user experience will be determined by the URL link. Once you have identified the appropriate URL, please follow the instructions below. 

Reset password on my.thrive.health

  1. Go to my.thrive.health and click on Don’t remember your password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send Email.
  3. Check for the password reset email in your inbox. If you don't see the reset email, please check your Junk or Spam folders.
  4. Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
  5. Login to your account. 
Note: If you selected the Sign in with Google option when creating your account, you will not receive an email with reset information. Instead, please log in by selecting Sign in with Google. 

Reset password on app.thrive.health

  1. Go to app.thrive.health and click Forgot your password?
  2. Enter your email address and click Send.
  3. Check for the password reset email in your inbox. If you don't see the reset email, please check your Junk or Spam folders.
  4. Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
  5. Login to your account.
