Forgot your password? This guide will walk you through the steps to reset it and regain access to your Thrive Health account.
Follow these steps to reset your password: (The exact language may vary slightly depending on your organization’s login page)
- Go to your login page
You can find the link in your invitation or reminder email sent by the organization or clinic. - Select the password reset option
Click on “Forgot your password” or “Don’t remember your password.” - Enter your email address and send reset instructions.
The button may say “Send email” or “Reset password.” - Check your email inbox and follow the instructions
You will receive an email that includes:- A reset link or a “Click here” button, or
- A verification code (valid for 24 hours), depending on your login page.

If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address linked to your Thrive Health account.
- Log in with your new password.
💡
Note: If you selected Sign in with Google when creating your account, you won’t receive a password reset email. Please log in by selecting Sign in with Google again.
