How do I reset a password?

This article is intended for end users and patients who are associated with their place of work, school, or doctor's office on the Thrive Health platform.

 

The steps to reset your password depend on whether the invitation to join Thrive Health was sent by an Organization (Workflow #1) or a Doctor's Office (Workflow #2). 

Workflow #1: User is associated with an Organization

If you forget your password and cannot log in to your account at my.thrive.health, click on the Don’t remember your password? link, below the Log In option.

Enter the email address where you received the invitation email to join your organization, and you will receive a reset email. Please check your junk mailbox if you don't see the reset email, and follow the link in the email to create a new password.

Note: if you selected the Sign in with Google option when creating your account, you will not receive an email with reset information. Instead, please log in by selecting Sign in with Google.

Workflow #2: User is associated with a Doctor's Office

If you forget your password and cannot log in to your account at app.thrive.health, click on the Forgot your password? link, above the Login button.
