Update Personal Information

This article is intended for all users on the Thrive Health platform.

End-users can change their personal information on their account profile or organization profile.

Updating your personal information on your account profile will make changes that only you can see. Changing personal information on your organization profile will make your changes visible to your organization's administrators.

Follow these steps to navigate to the Profiles section:

  1. Select the top-right icon with your initials on the homepage.
  2. Click Manage Profiles.
  3. Click on the profile that you wish to edit. Choose View and Edit profile.

Updating personal information: account profile

  1. After clicking View and edit profile, select Edit Profile to edit your personal information.
  2. Once completed, click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page.

Note: After signing up, you will not be able to change your email address.

Updating personal information: organization profile

  1. After clicking View and Edit Profile, select your organization's name under Care Network Profiles.
  2. At the bottom of the following page, select Edit Profile.
  3. Once completed, click the blue Save button at the bottom of the page.

Note: The information on your organization profile will be visible to your organization.

If the information on your Thrive Health profile such as your Date of Birth does not match and prevents you from verifying access to the platform, please contact the MOA or clinic, or reach out to support@thrive.health by responding directly to your invite email.
