Within Organization Settings there is the ability to generate reports. When clicking the blue Generate Report button in the top right, the Organization Administrator will have the option to select various reports available. By choosing to run a report, the Organization Administrator is confirming their responsibility for the data.

The (5) types of reports are as follows:

1. Screening History De-Identified

This provides the Organization Administrator access to all screening results in the organization with any identifiable information removed. All data is present in this report around the details of the screen itself (date, time, result, screening type etc.). As a de-identified dataset, the Organization Administrator can correlate screens that were done for the same person but not who the person is.

2. Screening History Identifiable

This report provides the same information as the first report but includes all patient identifiers.

3. Aggregates

This report provides data on screening statistics on a week-over-week basis. This includes data such as average capacity utilization, average appointment duration, numbers of screens, number of positives etc.

4. Health Canada

This report is specifically formatted for the weekly remittance required to Health Canada for organizations acquiring test kits through certain Health Canada programs. The information in this report is only aggregate statistics. Please ensure to review this report prior to remitting as you must complete additional details manually that are not captured through the system.

5. BC Rapid Screening

This report is specifically formatted for the weekly remittance of de-identified aggregate data to the BC government. This is NOT the eForm data but rather the statistics report they wish to receive. Please ensure to review this report prior to remitting as you must complete additional details manually that are not captured through the system.
