If a Thrive Health account has already been created, you will receive an email notification from contact@thrive.health that your COVID-19 test results have been posted to your account. To access your test results, sign in at https://my.thrive.health on your desktop or mobile device with the username and password you created. Test results are typically provided within one hour of sample collection. Given the turnaround required to process a test, not all test results may be available at the same time. If it has been over 24 hours and you would like to check the status of pending results, please contact your organization's program administrator.
