What if I have not received a verification email?

This article is intended for end users who are associated with their place of work or school on the Thrive Health platform.


Please be aware that it may take up to a few hours to receive the verification email for your new account in your inbox. Please also check your spam and junk folders in your email. It is also possible your organization or email provider is filtering the emails from Thrive Health and an alternate email account should be used.

Note: if you used a Gmail address and selected “Log in with Google” upon account creation, you will not receive a verification email. All you need to do is click the “Log in with Google” button to access your account.
