This article aims to provide assistance to Thrive Health platform users who are affiliated with a medical clinic or doctor’s office.

We have added an email verification process in order to securely save the account upon registration. Please be aware that it may take up to a few hours to receive the verification email for your new account in your inbox. 

The subject line of the email is "Please verify your email address / Veuillez vérifier votre adresse courriel" and the email is sent from contact@thrive.health.

Note: If you used a Gmail address and selected Log in with Google upon account creation, you will not receive a verification email. All you need to do is click the Log in with Google button to access your account.

Cannot find the verification email in your inbox? Kindly follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue: 

  1. Check your spam and junk folders in your email.
  2. Search specifically for the subject line specified above or the email sender contact@thrive.health
  3. Verify that your organization or email provider is not filtering the emails from Thrive Health. In this case, an alternate email account should be used.
