To access your test results, sign in on my.thrive.health on your desktop or mobile device with the username and password you created. For more information on how to join Thrive Health, click here.
Test results are provided within 24-48 hours. Given the turnaround required to process a test, not all test results may be available at the same time. If it has been over 48 hours and you would like to check the status of pending results, please reach out to LifeLabs directly:

Note: if an OHIP number has been provided at the time of check-in/registration, test results will also be uploaded to eHealth Ontario. This website uses the details entered at the time of check-in/registration, such as health card number or date of birth, to identify and validate the individual (e.g. your child). It then searches the repository for the COVID-19 test results. Results are displayed for up to 90 days from the date they are reported.
