If you received a presumptive positive Covid-19 rapid test, you will be directed to take a PCR COVID-19 test to confirm whether you are positive or negative to the Covid-19 virus. You need to upload your PCR test results to your account (my.thrive.health) in order to book a follow-up Covid-19 rapid testing appointment.

Note: until a PCR test is recorded, you will be locked out of engaging with your organization to book follow-up appointments.

How to Add a PCR Test to your account

  1. Under the COVID-19 Health Centre click on Add a test result at the bottom of the page

  2. Select PCR test result

  3. You will be asked to enter the date when the test was administered, postal code, and if the result was Positive, Negative, or Inconclusive.
