This article is intended for end users who are associated with their place of work or school on the Thrive Health platform.

 

Follow the steps below to access your COVID-19 test results from your account on my.thrive.health.

Note: you are able to receive a test result without having created an account. If you do not want to create an account with Thrive Health, but still want to gain access to your test results, please contact your Organization Administrator.

1. On your home page, select the green COVID-19 Health Centre task card.

2. Under the COVID-19 Tests section, you can view the results of any recent COVID-19 tests.

3. To see all your test results, please click on View Test History. If you have more than one profile and one organization in your account, you will be prompt to choose the profile you would like to see the test results for, as well as the organization.

Note: if you received a presumptive positive on a COVID-19 Rapid Screening test, you will be instructed to get a PCR test. Once you receive a result from the PCR test, you will need to add a PCR test to your account.  To do so, please refer to this article: Adding PCR Covid-19 Test Result.
