This article is intended for end users who are associated with their place of work or school on the Thrive Health platform.

 

Once you have created an account and associated it with your organization, follow the steps below to book a Rapid Screening test appointment. 

First, log in to my.thrive.health. Select the green Covid-19 Health Centre task card on your Home page.

Then, scroll down to the Appointments section and click Schedule an appointment.

Note: depending on your organization's configuration, you may only be able to schedule a COVID-19 screening test after completing your COVID-19 Self-Assessment questionnaire and/or receiving a GREEN status.

After booking and confirming a date for your appointment, you will be given a QR code. You are required to provide this code to the Rapid Screening Coordinator at the time of your Covid-19 Rapid Screening test.

You will see your upcoming appointment as a task card on the Home page, which also will indicate the time period and location.

You can click on the appointment task card to cancel or reschedule as needed. You can also book, manage and view past appointments by clicking on the yellow Appointment Centre task card on your home page.
